Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories (Flats, Heels, Sandals, Slippers, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes), all items are eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Returns & Exchanges Process

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Sole Serenity.
